Review First mode holds the generated video in a GENERATED state and notifies you. Video generation compute charges are non-refundable once rendering has completed. For any unspent wallet balance, users may request a refund within 14 days of recharge by emailing vidframeaiteam@vidframeai.com. You can initiate self-serve account deletion at any time under Settings > Account Deletion. To prevent accidental loss, your account enters a 7-day grace period during which all automated schedules are frozen. If you change your mind, simply log back in within 7 days and click 'Get my account back'. Otherwise, all data, tokens, and characters are permanently purged upon expiration (with statutory tax invoices retained in anonymized form for mandatory tax compliance).

What happens if a video render fails?

If a video generation job encounters an unexpected rendering or provider failure, the temporary estimated hold on your wallet is immediately released back to your available balance. You will never be charged for failed renders.

The most common reason is an expired Meta OAuth token or revoked page permissions. Go to Connected Accounts, check the status badge, and click Reconnect to refresh your Meta session.
